Can I change my shipping address?
The Shipping address can be changed if the FI allows it. You will see the following message: This is the shipping information we have on record for you. If the information is incorrect or has changed, please make modifications below if allowed, or contact the financial institution for assistance.
We cannot ship orders overseas. The disclaimer on the shipping information page says: At this time, we do not accept online orders for Canada, APO/FPO military addresses or other destinations outside of the United States. Please contact us to place an order for these locations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Currently, for standard delivery it takes 7 to 10 days to receive your order.
