The Choice application requires all users ordering for the first time to Register with the site before submitting an order. All new users are required to create a User ID and password and provide contact information on the Registration Profile page to access their account information.

Once you enter the Choice application via the Channel Broker entry page, you will receive the Home page. |

If you are a new customer, you must first register your profile on the Registration Profile page. |

Click the Register button to be directed to the Registration Profile page. |

Note: If you have already registered, simply type in your user id and password in the Username and Password fields to access your account information. |

Complete all of the required information in the blank fields on the Registration Profile page, including the Security Question and Security Answer fields. |

Click the Continue button to save your changes. |
