Getting Started

 

This online help will assist you through the entire ordering process.  You will be provided with help from selecting a check product from the home page to submitting your order.  If you need assistance in obtaining history information or reordering your checks, the online help will provide instructions on how to navigate through this process also.  Let's get started!

When you log into the application, the ChannelBroker page will be the initial page to display.

Select the Business Products option.

Type in your Routing and Transit number in the blank field.

Type in your Account Number in the blank field, and click the Continue button to be directed to the Home page.

When the Home page displays, you can navigate through the application and order products, but you will not be able to submit the order until you have either signed in or registered with the site.  Note:  If this is your first time ordering, you must register with the site before you can submit an order.

To register with the site, click the Register button to open the Register Profile page.  Refer to the Registration and Security Information section for details on the Registration process.

If you are already registered, sign in using your current User name and Password.

Click the Forgot your password  link to retrieve your password.  Note:  You will be directed to the Forgotten Password page.  You will be required to complete all of the information and also provide your email address on this page.  Your First and Last Name and your email address will be used to access your account record.  Refer to the Password Information section under Registration and Security for more information on this topic.

Click the Change your email address link to be directed to the Change Email Address page where you can change your email address.  Note:  You will be required to sign in using your current username and password before you can change your email address.

However, if you prefer to browse the site before you register, simply click on a link on the Home page.  For example, click the 'Three-to-the-Page' link to proceed.  Refer to the Placing an Order section for instructions on ordering a product.
