To view order status information 24 hours a day, go to www.checksconnect.com. Click the Order History & Status link in the top navigation area of the site and enter your next starting number. The Order History & Status page displays a list of your previously placed orders. The most recent order appears at the top of the list.
There are two primary Status types:
In Process: indicates that your online order has been received and is in the process of being manufactured or fulfilled.
Shipped: indicates that your order is on its way to you.
The links that appear in the Action column provide another type of status. A REORDER link appears if
the product can be reordered through the Web site at the time you're inquiring. Since checks cannot be reordered until the previous order for checks has been printed and shipped, the REORDER link for check products will appear when the previous order attains a status of 'Shipped'.
Beyond self-service online order status, we will send you a status Email if you provide us with your Email address during the order process. You will receive an Email confirmation when your order is successfully submitted and again when your order ships. See the Email Notifications section.
From the Order History and Status page, click the View Detail links to view the specifics associated with each order (quantity, style, personalization, and other detail information).
If you try to order a product that is no longer available, a message will indicate it is unavailable and, in most cases, a suitable replacement will be offered to you. A link that indicates Contact Us to Reorder will appear if the item cannot be reordered through this Web site. It may be available through another ordering channel, so you should click Contact Us for instructions on how to get further assistance.
