This Online Help will provide an overview of the reorder process for Choice Reorder users. Step-by-step instructions and illustrations will assist you in selecting an order for reorder, completing your shipping information and submitting your order.  

 

Note: This ordering channel does not support new orders, order changes or pricing features.

On the entry page, type in your Routing/Transit Number in the blank field.

Type in your Account Number in the blank field.

3.

Select the Personal Products option.

4.

Click the Continue button to open the Home page.

Click on the Continue button or a hyperlink in the top navigation area to be directed to the Next Starting Number page.

6.

Type in your next starting number in the blank field.

 

Note: After three attempts, you will receive a message indicating that the details of your account information cannot be displayed and asking you to contact your financial institution for assistance.

Click the Continue button to navigate to the Order History & Status page or click the Go Back button.  

Note: The Go Back button provided on all pages returns you to the previous page. This eliminates the need to click the Back button on your browser.
